For both best-work finished art piece and nice colored doodle. Working on my best art, I'd think oh I can finish this in 4 hours or something, then 4 hours pass and I'm just done with the lineart :,) My guesstimate for me personally would be 8-12 hours total for my best art, then less than 4 hours for a nice colored doodle. Anyone that works really slow or really fast? If so, what makes you draw so fast/slow?

Kinda like... Wanting to create, but also not. Wondering how you'd even got to this level and where to go from here. I want to make art and music, but idk what and how and also feeling lazy at the same time. What do I do with myself? I've been listening to some unfinished songs and think "man, how did I do that? How do I get into that flow again?" I tend to lose motivation quickly, so things I've started on tend to not be finished (or it takes a looong time for me to get back on it)

I can get busy and also unmotivated for art a lot, so I think the best schedule I can stick to is some small time once a month. Like, about a day to a few days. Gotta get my monthly dose of NG stuff y'know?

I usually do art in short bursts. After that short burst, it's hard to get into the groove again until I just feel like it (anyone else got that problem?) I think that hurts my ability to improve if I don't draw that often, but I'll figure it out (hopefullyyyyyyyyy)

And about commissions, I've been thinking about setting them up eventually, but I'm worried I don't have enough good art to showcase a portfolio. And then also actually setting up the process of commissions too ahaha

Would people be more interested in smaller and simpler (and thus cheaper) art pieces or larger and more complex art pieces? Or even wanting or able to commission me at all? Just let me know if you're interested and I'll think about it

Like art trades, except some part of your song is unfinished and you give the file to another person so they can finish it, then vice versa. (melody, bass, drums, etc) Would that basically be a collab? Would art trades technically be collabs? Hmm hmmmmm...
